My Journey

My journey began in Ontario, where, growing up in an Italian family, I felt deeply connected to nature and all life. This bond with the natural world became my first teacher. After earning an Honors BA from the University of Guelph in 1994, I entered the business world as a Major Account Manager for a tech company, where I became an expert in problem solving and service selling, closing multi-million-dollar deals. Despite material and corporate success, I felt an inner yearning for something deeper. I turned to nature, meditation, and the esoteric realms, spending time at our remote cabin with my daughters in Algonquin Park, where I experienced profound connections with the earth.

In 2010, a Kundalini Awakening radically shifted my life, propelling me into an intense study of spirituality and meditation. I became certified in numerous healing modalities, including Shamanism, Hands of Light, Feng Shui, and Holistic nutrition. This path deepened my connection to the etheric realms, and into a deeper understanding of exactly our bodies hold energy and frequency. In 2012, a powerful call led me to India, where I meditated beneath the Bodhi Tree, receiving its sacred wisdom and realizing that heaven is not a place, but a state of divine alignment. When the heart is open our entire perspective shifts to see the perfection in the imperfection. We truly are embodiments of love.

Through these experiences, I recognized the imbalance in our society—particularly the disconnection from the Divine Feminine and the undervaluing of mothering, creativity and flow states. I chose to listen to the whisper of my heart and devote myself to my family and community, raising my daughters Sommer and Andie with love and presence while also addressing the ancestral and personal wounds hidden deep in the shadows that hinder true connection.

I now work with leaders, coaches, healers, executives, Mothers, Fathers, and all beings that find themselves on the path to awakening, and yearn for a deeper connection to their soul.
